30-day money-back guarantee

You may request a full refund within 30 days of any purchase — whether a monthly subscription charge or a lifetime purchase — for any reason.

How to request a refund

Email support@chainwise.course from the address tied to your account and include the transaction ID from your receipt. We will process eligible refunds within 5 business days.

After a refund

Your access to the lessons ends immediately after the refund is issued. For subscriptions, future renewals are automatically canceled.

Free trial

The 3-day free trial does not require a card. If you do not purchase a plan before it ends, access simply pauses — there is nothing to refund.

Payments are processed by Paddle.com Market Limited as our Merchant of Record, and refunds are returned to your original payment method.
