These Terms govern your use of the Chainwise website and course content (the "Service"), operated by Chainwise course ("we", "us").

1. Seller and merchant of record

The seller of the Service is Chainwise course. Payment processing, sales tax, refunds, and chargebacks are handled by Paddle.com Market Limited ("Paddle"), which acts as our Merchant of Record. Your purchase receipts and bank statements may list "Paddle" alongside our brand name.

2. Account and acceptable use

You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. You agree not to share access, resell or redistribute course content, attempt to bypass paywalls, or use the Service for any unlawful purpose.

3. Subscriptions and renewals

Monthly subscriptions renew automatically each month until canceled. You can cancel at any time from the customer portal; access continues until the end of the paid period. Lifetime purchases are one-time payments granting permanent access to all current and future lessons.

4. Intellectual property

All course content, branding, and code are owned by Chainwise course and licensed to you for personal, non-commercial use.

5. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms. On termination we may pro-rate or refund remaining time at our discretion.

Course content is educational and not financial, legal, or investment advice. The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind.
